Pastor Carol Pretorius loves serving the congregation of St. Peter Lutheran Church. After serving as our Synodically Authorized Minister for 3 years, she now serves as our pastor. Carol comes to us with a rich background as an educator, administrator, and counselor as well as having been a pastor’s wife for over 39 years. She is also trained in the use of healing prayer to help people heal from emotional wounds. She has found much joy in her own journey of healing and now loves to pray and come alongside people on their journeys of faith. She is joyful and longs to have people know that they are loved by God as God’s beloved children. She loves to sing and paint and share God’s love. Pastor Carol and her husband, Doug, have one son who is married, and he and his wife have two beautiful children.
